Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 0-2 years
of experience to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams in crafting tailored solutions using the
Odoo platform. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes,
identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing functional documents, BRDs, and process flows.
- Conduct basic data analysis and generate insights using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support in creating dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirement clarity.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and demos.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting test results.
- Help improve existing processes by identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
- Maintain documentation, project trackers, and progress reports.
Must Have
- Must have 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective management.
- Good command over Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
Nice to have
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis.
- Understanding of APIs and basic system integrations.
- Exposure to requirement gathering in client-facing environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL joins or simple database concepts.
- Ability to create clear and structured documentation (BRD, SRS, SOPs).
